Sophia, our advertising director's 13-month-old daughter, was photographed by Midwifery Today designer, Minhoon Kim. To get this shot, we involved the whole office. As Sophia flung highlighters, her mother kept her from falling off the chair, Michelle, our shipping person, held the light reflector and Donna, our marketing person, made faces to get her attention.
