Just received your latest production, and I have to tell you that I think it
is absolutely wonderful! I can't even find words to describe what I think, but
I feel obligated to try…
It is beautifully full of love and profound thoughts and guidance for all of
us, no matter where we are in the process of being a midwife. I can see that the
beginner will love it for its insights into what the future holds. The experienced
midwife will pour over it looking for advice or support for her latest observation
or "head scratcher" and the woman who has been doing this work for decades
will benefit from knowing that there are others out there who have seen what she
has seen and has experienced the doubts or joys that she has experienced. Even
more than the magazine, this book has something for everyone. And the really wonderful
thing about it is that it has all been written by midwives!!!
Is it possible for me to buy 6 or 7 more copies? I know hundreds of women who
would like to have it (I can't afford to buy it for everyone on Long Island!)
and I would like to give it as a gift to some of my friends.
